American International Industries (AII) has acquired some assets of Seche, Inc. The patented Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat now joins the AII family of beauty and skincare products. The acquisition of these assets was finalized July 22 for an undisclosed sum.

“Seche has always been an innovator in the nail-treatments industry,” says Zvi Ryzman, CEO and president of AII. “We’re excited to add Seche Vite to our growing line of professional salon products.”
