Michael Powell, president of ColomerUSA, Inc., has announced the appointment of John Heffner, president of Vista, Calif.-based Creative Nail Design, to the new position of CEO, effective immediately. In his new role, Heffner will be The Colomer Group’s chief representative and spokesperson for nail and spa business in addition to his current duties as president.
